What we do use
We operate a custom, first-party analytics system that stores two items directly in your browser's local and session storage — not cookies — as follows:
The session token is not linked to any other visit, device, or identity. A new, unrelated token is generated every time you open a new tab or return to the site.

What we collect
If you accept tracking, we record anonymous usage data: device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language, general location inferred from your browser's timezone setting, referring page, and the page you landed on. We do not collect or store your IP address. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifier through this system — the only way we obtain that information is if you voluntarily submit it through the Diagnostic or Apply form.
Your choice
A consent banner is shown on your first visit. Tracking only begins if you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, no usage data is recorded for that visit, and no session token is generated.
Managing your preference
You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the consent banner again on your next visit.
